I Was Wrong About Who George Tonks Is
George Bing Tonks operated inside this investigation as a source. Troy Barile allowed him in. That was wrong. This correction is not an apology. It is a reckoning with what the documented record shows, which is that Tonks is not a compromised source who wandered into the wrong investigation. He is something the investigation had not yet developed language for.
The George Bing Tonks Living Library begins with this correction. Everything that follows is documented, sourced, and publicly verifiable where the record is accessible. The parts that are not yet fully public are stated as such, with the reason why.

Multiple independent sources, contacted separately and without knowledge of each other, confirm that Tonks operated in Brazil under the David Luiz Silva identity. David Luiz Silva was backed by physical identity documents that permitted international travel. Both Tonks and Advar Leite da Luz worked at a United States government office in Cuba

Library Part B, titled "The Void and What Fills It," will present the documentary record on the following findings once the material clears legal review: the specific documentary basis for the incarceration-record-versus-Brazil-record discrepancy, the physical identity documents that enabled movement across borders, the full documented connection between Tonks and ABIN, and Lady Victoria Hervey's specific documented role in blocking the family of Advar Leite da Luz from receiving notice and from receiving his body. Part B will not publish before the legal review is complete.
Cook County Medical Examiner Case ME2024-03919. Advar Leite da Luz. Age 53. Brazilian national. Date of death: July 18, 2024, Chicago, Illinois. Disposition: indigent cremation. Advar held a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Universidade FUMEC in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. He was not a person who should have died without anyone claiming his body. He was not claimed.
The family in Brazil received contact after Advar's death. They were told that his body was coming home to Brazil. It did not come. They were then told that ABIN
After these contacts, the family home in Brazil was searched by parties who presented themselves as authorized to conduct the search. The only items taken from the home were paper documents and photographs. No electronic devices. Only paper and photographs. Every document and every photograph that existed in that home is now in someone else's possession.
Both Advar Leite da Luz and George Bing Tonks worked at a United States government office in Cuba. After Cuba, both moved to Brazil together. In Brazil, Tonks operated under the David Luiz Silva identity and presented himself to Advar's family as a United States government official at the Consulate General. These connections are confirmed by multiple independent sources contacted separately.
Lady Victoria Hervey is responsible for the family of Advar Leite da Luz not receiving notice of his death through proper channels and not receiving Advar's body. This finding is part of the active documented record of this investigation and will be fully sourced in Library Part C.
Samantha Harris is based in South Africa. She is the identified source of the false report to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Homeland Security Division alleging that this investigator threatened the President of the United States and high-ranking political figures. When the investigating detective received her name from Troy Barile, the detective responded: "There you go." The allegation was reviewed and not validated.
Lady Victoria Hervey appeared in a television segment with Piers Morgan in which Anouska De Georgiou was discussed. Harris, who presented herself as a former friend of Anouska's from the 1990s, saw the segment and contacted Hervey directly. Hervey provided Harris with context about the Epstein-Maxwell case and about Anouska. Harris then contacted Leah Saffian, identified as Ghislaine Maxwell's attorney. Saffian sent Harris trial transcripts from the Maxwell prosecution. Harris used those transcripts to construct an attack on Anouska De Georgiou's federal testimony. Lisa Noelle Voldeng published the resulting audio package.
Harris entered this publication's comment section after the Anouska operation was documented. Her opening line used Anouska De Georgiou's name as the vehicle of the insult. Before citing any document or verifiable claim, she used proximity to a Maxwell prosecution witness as an attack. She then made a false claim about what this publication had written. The article she challenged had not said what she claimed it said.
Anouska De Georgiou testified in the prosecution of Ghislaine Maxwell, which produced Maxwell's conviction on five counts including sex trafficking of minors on December 29, 2021. She was at the United States Capitol on September 3, 2025, standing alongside other survivors at a press conference demanding the release of Epstein investigation files. Her standing as a federal witness in a completed prosecution is why the operation against her is significant beyond the individual attack.
On May 12, 2026, the House Oversight Committee Democrats held a field hearing in West Palm Beach, Florida. Survivors testified. A report titled "The Price of Non-Prosecution" was submitted to the congressional record. On the same day, Lisa Noelle Voldeng published an audio package she had recorded 48 hours earlier. The package featured Samantha Harris, positioned as a former friend of Anouska's, using Maxwell trial transcripts routed through Maxwell's own attorney to attack Anouska's federal testimony. Voldeng published the package on the day survivors were being heard by Congress. The master files were retained in her own custody.
