Released schedules, reservation emails and original conference programs help distinguish what was planned from what actually happened. Atlas 28 examines California records from 2009–2013, with a separate 2026 congressional testimony check. Incomplete movements and uncorroborated meetings remain expressly qualified.
The clearest surviving account of the April 2013 Los Angeles plans begins with an eight-page itinerary. Its final page names Hotel Bel-Air, the Milken Institute conference at the Beverly Hilton and a scheduled departure from Los Angeles. Each is a concrete lead, but the document records what was planned, not what was completed.
Other dated versions place the anticipated departure on different days. An April 30 calendar also estimates arrival at Teterboro shortly after midnight on May 1. That estimate can be reconciled with one proposed departure time, but neither document establishes an aircraft movement. The relevant passenger and airport records have not been independently authenticated.
The map below marks public venues and cities supported by identified records. It does not trace an actual flight path or imply that a person named in a program, invitation or correspondence attended a meeting. Where correspondence establishes an exchange, it is identified separately from a completed visit or encounter.
The second source pass adds a 2012 San Francisco hotel-booking thread, a September 2012 itinerary for Riverside and the independently documented WWW conference program, and a February 2013 Long Beach conference lead. Those records contain different types of evidence, sometimes in apparent conflict. The San Francisco heading on a Riverside itinerary, for example, cannot outweigh a dated Ontario flight instruction and a specific Riverside hotel address.
For the April 2013 trip, three itinerary versions disagree about departure timing. A dated room reservation and a conference-registration email support the existence of bookings, while the actual hotel stay, admission, travel movement and any completed California meeting remain unproven. Public conference programs provide geographic context without converting lists of speakers into personal connections.
A separate April 16 communication acknowledges preferred sessions at the Milken conference, but its own terms explain that a selected session does not guarantee entry. This strengthens the chronology of advance arrangements without documenting participation. An April 24 schedule creates a fourth itinerary version; even multiple released files may represent a shared draft rather than independent movement evidence.
These are photographs of publicly documented places, not photographs of the investigated meetings or journeys. Each image is separately dated or identified, licensed, credited and linked to a source-classified waypoint.

The images do not establish anyone’s travel, hotel occupancy, conference attendance or criminal conduct. If an image is unavailable, a clearly decorative illustrated fallback is shown instead.
Choose a place to read what the documents actually establish. The Los Angeles illustration is schematic, not a mapped route. Other regional locations appear as source-linked venue records, never inferred movement paths.
The released itinerary lists an April 28–May 1, 2013 hotel check-in at this public Los Angeles venue. The entry documents a planned stay, not a verified completed check-in.
Evidence boundary: a named hotel and planned check-in are not a payment record, guestbook, or proof of who was physically present.
These locations come from different documents and different dates. Their appearance here does not imply travel between them or contact with anyone else at those venues.
The California record contains different levels of evidence. An archival draft can identify a proposed conference site without proving anyone attended. A directly exchanged email is stronger evidence that two named correspondents communicated, but a conditional offer does not prove a subsequent tour happened. Route coordination can be unusually specific without becoming an aircraft manifest.
In a June 2026 House Oversight interview, former assistant Lesley Groff said she remembered Epstein making one visit to SpaceX. When asked to date it, she offered 2014 as a guess and then acknowledged she did not know. She also said she had no knowledge of a wider relationship with Musk or of Musk visiting Epstein properties. This testimony helps corroborate that a visit was recalled, but it does not resolve the date, prove Musk met him on-site, identify visitors or establish a second tour.
A separate part of her testimony describes California trips as infrequent and says she was unaware of an Epstein residence there. That is personal recollection rather than an exhaustive travel or property record.

Inspect draft EFTA02435094 ↗Epstein asked about a possible SpaceX visit for people associated with the Milken conference and mentioned Leon Black. Musk said a tour could be arranged if the group had a genuine interest in space, but was uncertain whether he could attend. No subsequent entry record for this proposed group has been authenticated.
Find DOJ original EFTA01904574 (access may require age confirmation) ↗A correspondence chain between Leon Black's and Epstein's offices describes a planned journey to the ranch followed by travel to Van Nuys, with pickup and aviation logistics. It does not establish a departure, completed landing, or identities of redacted companions.
Read indexed EFTA02140913 ↗Invited conference speakers without proof of interaction; proposed Milken-group SpaceX visitors without completed-visit records; redacted passengers and private companions; all speculation about identities or ages; a present-day FAA N-number reservation as evidence of ownership or aircraft use in 2013; and any implication of criminal conduct based on venue proximity or professional contact.

Search by source identifier or subject, choose a record type, and open the precise source locator. Only twelve entries are shown initially to make the sequence easier to read.
Four-version discrepancy: an Apr 30 LA–NY plan; an Apr 1 email projecting May 1 LA–NY; an Apr 22 version still showing LA on May 1; and an Apr 24 email again projecting May 1 LA–NY. These are plans only. No confirmed departure time is established.

Documented direct correspondence with Musk: proposal for potential visitors during Milken period, conditional offer to arrange if interested in space — No evidence of a second tour; Leon Black was named in a proposed group not confirmed as attendee; response explicitly doubts Musk own attendance. No proof of financing or wrongdoing.
Inspect source and limits ↗Planned Santa Fe ranch–Van Nuys movement; offices of Leon Black and Epstein coordinated a route, logistics and named public aviation destination — Forward-looking language does not verify Black family arrival, aircraft takeoff or landing. Names of other passengers/redacted individuals suppressed. Tail-number data cannot be used to reconstruct historical flight without original registry/manifest.
Inspect source and limits ↗Distinct earlier proposed California scientific-institutional program naming SpaceX, Caltech Cahill Center and Andaz West Hollywood — Draft does not prove summit ran in stated form, that Epstein attended/funded it, or that any invited scientist actually participated. Multiple EFTA duplicates share upstream draft.
Inspect source and limits ↗A contemporaneous summary confirms Feb 25 SpaceX lunch scheduling and states Musk had commitments preventing ranch visit — Summary does not establish physical encounter by itself and expressly undermines any claim Musk visited Zorro Ranch that February weekend.
Inspect source and limits ↗Disconfirmation: current reserved N-number is not historical registration, flight manifest or proof of April 2013 aircraft identity — Do not infer 2013 operator or ownership from 2023 reserved N-number. Historical aircraft title/registration chain would be required.
Inspect source and limits ↗The April 30 itinerary and a separate May 1 after-midnight arrival estimate are compatible as plans, but neither verifies a completed flight. An Esri retrospective confirms that WWW actually occurred at Riverside and Redlands in September 2012, not that Epstein attended. The 2013 February itinerary variants likewise disagree about travel timing.
