Editorial scope · Original source-controlled Paris investigation

What the current French inquiries establish

On February 16, 2026, the French National Financial Prosecutor confirmed a February 6 preliminary financial inquiry concerning Jack and Caroline Lang and announced searches involving the Institut du Monde Arabe. A separate March 24 prosecutorial statement reported a February 17 inquiry involving Fabrice Aidan and searches on March 20, including bank headquarters in Paris. Its description of a Foreign Ministry report sent to the Paris prosecutor on February 16 does not neatly match the Ministry's own statement that it referred the matter under Article 40 on February 10; without the underlying correspondence, those dates cannot safely be described as two distinct referrals or treated as a proven error by either authority. The Ministry separately described its internal administrative inquiry and transmission of that review to judicial authorities. These records document investigative measures and are presented without implying that any named individual or institution committed an offense (PAR-S15; PAR-S16; PAR-S17).

French prosecutors announced renewed human-trafficking and financial-offense inquiries in February 2026. On 10 September 2026, prosecutor Laure Beccuau reported 26 possible victims in the French inquiry, including 13 people who had not appeared in earlier case files, and described leads reaching Cannes, Saint-Tropez, Paris and New York. These counts are investigative reports, not adjudicated determinations about individual allegations.

The source file contains a 2019 proposed itinerary that extends beyond Epstein's July 2019 arrest. These are historical notices of intent, and the Atlas intentionally does not convert them to completed aircraft movements. Allegations concerning named people remain labeled as allegations or proceedings, with no guilt inferred from association.

Documentary feature · Source-linked

Paris, as the documents describe it

The French investigation, ownership of the Avenue Foch residence and later estate accounting belong to different documentary records, which this Atlas brings into chronological view without turning an address or a financial reference into an accusation against someone else.

The exterior photograph shows the building on July 13, 2020, after French investigators searched the Paris apartment and before SCI JEP's June 2022 sale. Its date remains fixed as the adjoining documentary selector moves through other years, because no comparable historical image series has been authenticated. Neither this photograph nor an address documents the interior or establishes what happened there; the estate petition identifies apartment and cellar units, while the later court accounting records that the net sale proceeds were still held by a French notary when the estate filed its August 1, 2022 report (PAR-S30; PAR-S55).

Investigative account · Documented claims and unresolved records

Paris in the documentary record

The French inquiry, estate planning, property sale and financial custody are presented as one chronological investigation, with unanswered transactions clearly identified.

The available Paris records describe Epstein's assets and movements more readily than they document the experiences of people who reported sexual abuse, an imbalance that matters when reconstructing what investigators knew and what survivors were able to establish publicly. A United States Virgin Islands probate petition identified his controlling interest in the French property company SCI JEP and listed apartment and cellar units at 22 Avenue Foch in the sixteenth arrondissement, while a federal prosecutor's account of Epstein's arrest confirmed that he arrived at Teterboro from Paris on July 6, 2019. Those documents establish the property interest and the completed flight, but they do not show what occurred inside the apartment, who was present on any particular day or whether another person committed an offense. The chronology preserves what each source can support without converting a documented address into an allegation about its occupants. (PAR-S30; PAR-S14; PAR-S01)

The French prosecutorial response developed after Epstein's death, with authorities publicly announcing a preliminary investigation in August 2019 and searching the Paris apartment and premises associated with the modeling sector the following September. A July 2020 request for United States legal assistance later recorded the examination of material seized during those searches, including correspondence and digital evidence, although the publicly recovered versions of that request contain conflicting references to the precise date on which the French investigation opened. The separate December 2020 communication from the United States Department of Justice describes an American referral of the French request, not proof that every requested investigative step was carried out or that every described item was independently authenticated. The documentation establishes what the authorities requested but leaves the execution and outcome of some of those measures unknown. (PAR-S04; PAR-S05; PAR-S18; PAR-S19; PAR-S20; PAR-S21)

Jean-Luc Brunel's case progressed through documented French investigative and judicial stages, but his death in custody in February 2022 came before a criminal trial could adjudicate the accusations against him. For people who reported harm and sought accountability, that absence of a trial meant the proceedings ended without a judgment on the contested allegations, even as the underlying investigative record remained historically significant. The dated notices in this Atlas retain the procedural status of each development, distinguishing allegations under examination from court findings and avoiding conclusions about other people merely because their names appear in correspondence. (PAR-S06; PAR-S07; PAR-S24; PAR-S25)

The property record follows a separate course, complicated further by the trusts written before Epstein died. Earlier estate-planning instruments in 2012 and successive revisions in January, February and August 2019 show that intentions concerning the Paris property changed over time, with particular gifts and contingencies concerning refusal or disclaimer appearing in different documents. The photographed January trust visibly redacts the name of the primary proposed Paris recipient, and that redaction cannot be erased merely because a machine-produced transcription offers additional text; a later indexed trust has its own separate evidentiary status. The existence of a named intended beneficiary is not proof of inheritance or payment, and a report that someone signed a different contingent-beneficiary disclaimer cannot explain who received the proceeds of a sale several years later. The Atlas retains those distinctions rather than asking readers to infer a completed transfer from the language of a will or trust. (PAR-S63; PAR-S67; PAR-S68; PAR-S60; PAR-S70)

On June 29, 2022, SCI JEP sold the Avenue Foch real estate, with French transaction-data derivatives recording €10.08 million and contemporary reporting identifying the sale as part of the estate's property disposals. The original Virgin Islands estate accounting is more precise about custody than later headlines: when the Eleventh Quarterly Accounting was filed on August 1, 2022, it said the French notary still held the net property-sale proceeds after anticipated expenses and taxes, and neither the estate nor SCI JEP had received that net amount. At June 30 the estate separately reported a €3,826,709 receivable owed by SCI JEP, alongside a corporate carrying value that was calculated using funds still with the notary, other cash and the intra-estate obligation. Those amounts represent different accounting categories and cannot be added or compared as though they were equivalent receipts. The notarized deed, the notary's disbursement statement and the missing intervening quarterly reports remain necessary to establish the date of transfer and the ultimate allocation of the proceeds. (PAR-S34; PAR-S37; PAR-S55; PAR-S50)

Other Paris-labelled amounts make the problem clearer rather than resolving it, because the estate's first accounting describes a $133,200 vehicle-sale escrow from late 2019, with an unresolved disagreement between documents over the Mercedes model year, while counsel later reported €144,819.53 from Prytanee artwork sales in Paris during 2021. The Seventeenth Quarterly Accounting subsequently displayed a separate Paris CARPA balance of €1,489,509 designated for French wealth and inheritance taxes, and the broader Virgin Islands estate reported compensation payments to people harmed by Epstein's actions. None of those entries contains the banking instructions needed to prove that an account received proceeds from the June 2022 real-estate closing, and a later settlement amount reported as payable is not a payment already made. Treating every Paris-related balance as one pool of money would obscure the factual record instead of illuminating it. (PAR-S76; PAR-S58; PAR-S77; PAR-S50; PAR-S82)

In March 2022, estate counsel spoke publicly about possible uses of money from planned sales of the Virgin Islands islands at a time when the Paris apartment was still being marketed. A later Forbes retrospective cited Bloomberg reporting that some of the future Paris proceeds were expected to support compensation for people harmed by Epstein. Those statements are evidence of reported intentions, not of a completed allocation: neither contains the French notary's release instructions, an SCI JEP ledger entry or the receipt needed to link the apartment sale to an actual payment. (PAR-S88; PAR-S89; PAR-S55)

French corporate notices show that JEP's shareholders approved liquidation accounts in February 2024 and that the liquidation was subsequently recorded in commercial-registry filings, but the available public index does not disclose the figures in the final accounts themselves. The notice establishes a formal company decision rather than a verified distribution of the net sale proceeds, just as the Virgin Islands court's later summaries establish estate-wide balance-sheet totals without identifying the individual companies and banks behind each asset. The exact JEP company registration number is important because similarly named French companies appear in registry searches, and the wrong annual accounts could create an entirely fictional history of the apartment and its sale. The Atlas therefore asks readers to follow a corporate identification number, an original court page and a precisely dated financial category before accepting any proposed connection. (PAR-S27; PAR-S29; PAR-S39; PAR-S45; PAR-S55; PAR-S75; PAR-S82)

French authorities reported renewed inquiries into alleged trafficking and financial offenses in 2026, while separate prosecutorial notices recorded searches and referrals involving specific individuals and institutions. In September, the Paris prosecutor publicly described 26 possible victims in the French inquiry, including 13 people who had not previously appeared in the case files, underscoring how much of the human history remains outside the published judicial record. Those figures are investigative assessments rather than findings about any individual allegation, and a search at an institution cannot establish wrongdoing by its occupants. The documentary chronology records what officials said and when, without exposing the identities or private experiences of people who reported harm. (PAR-S08; PAR-S11; PAR-S12; PAR-S15; PAR-S16; PAR-S17)

This first edition identifies original records, source-dependent reporting and unresolved questions. The French notarial disbursement ledger and full SCI JEP liquidation accounts were not obtained; the ultimate recipients of sale proceeds and the source of survivor compensation remain unverified.

Judicial orders, government claims and corporate filings

A motion to freeze assets is not a court-ordered freeze

A Virgin Islands Superior Court opinion filed February 4, 2022 upheld earlier procedural rulings that rejected the territorial government’s attempted intervention in the Epstein probate case and struck its motion to freeze all estate assets, because the government had not entered as a probate claimant using the required process. Although the court dismissed that probate appeal with prejudice, the ruling did not adjudicate or eliminate the separate Virgin Islands civil-enforcement case or the government's distinct criminal-activity liens. The later government settlement announced in November 2022 provided for $105 million in cash and one half of the sale proceeds of Little St. James, without verifying actual payments from the French apartment sale. Neither decision establishes who eventually received funds held by the French notary after the June property sale (PAR-S71; PAR-S72; PAR-S55).

Court and registry records are loading.

The French company that held Avenue Foch property was JEP, SIREN 441 627 171. The May 3, 2024 French company index lists a closing/liquidation filing category, but Pappers labels the attachment 'Document inconnu' and Societe.com does not expose the original financial pages. It remains unverified whether the filed material includes a complete signed account or distribution schedule; a different SCI JEP, SIREN 879 933 687, has unrelated 2023 liquidation papers and must not be treated as the same company (PAR-S29; PAR-S73).

Substantive documentary crosscheck

The French request and the U.S. referral

A French judicial assistance request dated July 8, 2020 appears in DOJ Data Set 9, while the related U.S. Office of International Affairs referral letter bears the later date December 30, 2020. The dates concern separate administrative actions, and the available reproductions do not establish when the original request was first received in the United States or whether any particular investigative measure was ultimately executed (PAR-S19; PAR-S20).

Review procedural chronology and limitations

The French request contains both August 23 and August 30, 2019 as investigation-opening dates. The internal discrepancy remains unresolved pending the underlying procedural record (PAR-S19).

Property records identify SCI JEP in the probate schedule. Another French company has a similar street-address name and a distinct registry identity; no corporate relationship has been established (PAR-S22; PAR-S23).

Jean-Luc Brunel’s December 2020 judicial status, 2021 procedural developments and 2026 retrospective file review are recorded separately. His death preceded any trial judgment (PAR-S24; PAR-S25; PAR-S26).

The official DOJ file address is identified, but direct PDF verification is impeded by site access controls. The register records source families and confidence levels for that reason.

Property and corporate record

SCI JEP: 2002 to 2024

French registry-derived records identify the company JEP under SIREN 441 627 171, with registered office at 22 Avenue Foch. The Virgin Islands probate petition identifies 999 shares of SCI JEP associated with specified apartment and cellar units in that building. The corporate identity is traceable, while the original 2022 conveyance and subsequent proceeds distributions still require verification (PAR-S27; PAR-S30).

A date discrepancy accompanies this original company evidence: the court-filed probate petition is stamped August 19, 2019, while a later government motion refers to August 15. The timeline follows the original stamp and retains the competing pleading characterization rather than silently merging them (PAR-S30; PAR-S61).

Management and liquidation chronology

French legal notices identify a shareholder decision of December 16, 2019 appointing Richard Kahn and Darren Indyke as co-managers, with later publication and registration notices in 2020. They also report the company's February 29, 2024 voluntary dissolution and liquidation, followed by April and May public announcements and register cancellation. A June 29, 2022 sale for €10,080,000 is documented in transaction records and attributed by Bloomberg to the estate's JEP company and purchaser Georgi Tuchev; company liquidation followed in 2024. The deed and disposition of net proceeds remain outstanding (PAR-S28; PAR-S34; PAR-S36).

The estate's 2019 $8,672,823 value was preliminary and should not be presented as liquidation proceeds, an agreed sale value, or a post-appraisal figure (PAR-S30).

Source identity and unresolved earlier title history

SCI DU 22 AV FOCH, SIREN 449 976 984, is a different registered company. The earlier JEP research found a Paris civil appeal indexed as 05/24568 involving FOCHAL, dated March 7, 2007; the original decision is still needed before its subject or outcome can be asserted (PAR-S23; PAR-S27).

The early 2002 acquisition deed and 2022 conveyance deed, together with final liquidation accounting, are pending. The June 2022 sale has reported counterparties but remains unverified at the notarial-document level. The 22 Avenue Foch location remains a historical address, and present occupants have no presumed involvement in events described in the Atlas.

Follow the documented Paris property money

Use the selector to examine different dates, source types and financial categories, including provisional property valuations, the gross apartment transfer, separately described Paris cash or escrow, estate-wide balance sheets and reported or unpaid obligations. These entries cannot be added into a proceeds total or described as money sent to a particular person; their original currencies, custodians and source limits are preserved. The register does not contain sufficient accounting to establish ultimate distributions or the net proceeds received by any person. The estate's original June 2022 quarterly accounting establishes that the French notary still held the property's net sale proceeds as of the August 1, 2022 filing. A separately recovered December 2023 court accounting states $155,357,339.05 in cumulative worldwide victim-related payments, but does not trace any part to the Paris sale (PAR-S50).

Four Paris balances that cannot be merged

The recovered December 2021 correspondence adds a financial transaction to the Paris chronology: estate counsel reported selling €144,819.53 in Prytanee artwork and holding funds in Paris to meet operating expenses, while territorial government lawyers asked whether any surplus would later be deposited elsewhere. This art-sale account predates the June 2022 SCI JEP real-estate sale, whose net proceeds were still with a French notary as of the estate's August 1, 2022 filing, and is not identified as either the older vehicle-sale escrow or the separate December 2023 CARPA tax-designated account. The Atlas therefore displays each amount as a different source-dated record rather than inventing a continuous transfer chain (PAR-S77; PAR-S55; PAR-S50).

Documentary amounts loading.

Amounts are preserved in the currency and classification of their source, without a common total or arrows implying movement between accounts. A lawyer's reported sale and intended operating expenses do not establish a bank-confirmed receipt, a survivor-compensation payment, a completed transfer, or criminal wrongdoing; some of the underlying court-exhibit attachments are not public to this research.

French banking provenance · 2008–2018

The personal bank relationship, and what it cannot establish

Documents released in the United States and a February 2026 investigation by Le Monde identify a French personal banking relationship inherited by BNP Paribas from Fortis. The institution confirmed to the newspaper that the account was opened in 2008 and subsequently closed for compliance reasons in 2018, while denying a special private-banking relationship or a connection with Epstein's criminal case. These sources provide context for banking activity in Paris but do not link that earlier personal account to the funds held by the French notary after SCI JEP sold the Avenue Foch property in 2022 (PAR-S84; PAR-S55).

Banking source history is loading.
How federal banking documents are evaluated

A DOJ-released May 2015 intelligence compilation lists BNP Paribas and Fortis among investigative account leads, but explicitly cautions that preliminary information and suspicious-activity reports are not established findings. A separate September 2013 bank statement contains a French BNP transfer reference, although the Atlas withholds private account identifiers and unrelated personal information, does not repeat sensitive financial reports, and makes no allegation that BNP Paribas financed trafficking or received the 2022 apartment-sale proceeds (PAR-S85; PAR-S86).

These dated entries are documentary leads, not an animated flow of money. The 2015 federal source is preliminary intelligence, while the account-closure explanation is attributed to BNP Paribas's statement reported by Le Monde.

The estate’s balances are not a map of the Paris sale proceeds

The Virgin Islands estate’s signed quarterly summaries show what the estate reported holding on particular dates, but most later filings do not include the accompanying schedules needed to identify individual companies or transactions. This four-date comparison helps separate cash and estate-wide asset stocks from the Paris notary’s recorded custody in 2022, without implying that global estate inflows can be assigned to SCI JEP, survivor payments or any individual beneficiary.

Original estate source records are loading.
Why the balances cannot be added together

Estate-wide totals are point-in-time asset stocks, while recorded expenses, loans, transfers and settlement payments are flows or liabilities. The October 2024 original filing’s $112,015,145.16 entry combines income and other increases without identifying the precise IRS refund in the accessible summary, and its $11,609,584.93 internal cash transfers appear as equal entries on both sides of the account. The June 2026 filing separately distinguishes $2.5 million in settlements paid during the quarter from $22.5 million of settlements still payable; those amounts must not be combined as money already received by claimants. Neither filing identifies the ultimate destination of the June 2022 French real-estate proceeds (PAR-S81; PAR-S82).

The filing date, the balance-sheet date and the source’s level of financial detail are shown separately. If an underlying schedule was not available, the interface identifies that limitation instead of recreating a transaction ledger from aggregate numbers.

The French balances in the estate's sworn accounting

The 61-page Seventeenth Quarterly Accounting was filed in the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands on January 30, 2024, for the final quarter of 2023. Schedule B directly confirms the SCI JEP Paris real-property sale on June 29, 2022. It also identifies cash remaining with a French property-management company. Schedule A separately records a Paris CARPA account designated for French taxes, a different custody record from Schedule B's remaining property-management funds (PAR-S50).

SCI JEP · Schedule B

$75,706.66

Value at December 31, 2023, compared with $76,002.10 on September 30. The accounting identifies remaining funds with the French property manager after the earlier real-estate sale.

Paris CARPA · Schedule A

€1,489,509

The euro balance did not change during the quarter, with €414,509 designated for French wealth tax and €1,075,000 for inheritance tax; the higher year-end equivalent in dollars reflects the exchange rate used in the accounting.

Open the estate-wide compensation and settlement distinction

Schedule E states cumulative compensation-related payments of $121,127,339.05 through the EVCP and $34,230,000 outside it, totalling $155,357,339.05 by December 31, 2023. It separately records terms of a November 28, 2022 Virgin Islands settlement and how certain subsequent property-sale proceeds could contribute to that obligation. The Paris apartment's sale occurred five months before that settlement. No traced allocation from the Paris property to a named beneficiary or payment appears in this accounting.

Review the March 2026 congressional testimony leads

Public House Oversight video records exist for Richard Kahn (March 11) and Darren Indyke (March 19). Timestamped machine-generated transcripts contain provisional leads concerning Paris property operations, possible French banking, and a reported MC2 modeling-agency letter-of-credit issue, but the recordings have not been independently spot-checked for transcript accuracy, and no exact quotation, bank connection or credit instrument is publication-cleared (PAR-S51; PAR-S52; PAR-S53; PAR-S54).

Court-filed cash custody · 2022

Where the Paris sale proceeds were held

The estate's Eleventh Quarterly Accounting, filed August 1, 2022, states that the June 29 property sale had closed, but net consideration remained with a French notary pending transaction expenses and taxes. The accounting explicitly says neither SCI JEP nor the U.S. Virgin Islands estate had yet received the net proceeds as of that filing. The separate €3,826,709 receivable was due from SCI JEP to the estate and was expected to be repaid when the notary distributed the proceeds (PAR-S55, accounting pages 1 and 7).

Accounts of what estate counsel intended to do with property-sale receipts require a separate evidentiary reading. The March 2022 ABC interview concerned prospective Virgin Islands island transactions while the Paris apartment was still for sale; a later retrospective attributed a hoped-for Paris victim-compensation allocation to Bloomberg. Those public remarks do not supersede the sworn August 2022 notarial-custody statement or provide the missing transfer instructions and payment confirmations (PAR-S88; PAR-S89; PAR-S55).

29 June 2022 — property transferred

The property sale is recorded at the Avenue Foch address, but the estate's August 2022 accounting describes the net proceeds as remaining with a French notary rather than having been remitted to the estate.

This source-based sequence tracks what the records establish on each date. It deliberately does not animate unverified transfers into banks, companies or compensation accounts.

Compare the amounts that must not be conflated

€10,080,000 — recorded gross property transfer amount in French DVF-derived sources; buyer attribution from Bloomberg reporting (PAR-S34, PAR-S36).

$6,723,613.15 — SCI JEP book value June 30, 2022, incorporating escrowed gross and other cash less an estate receivable (PAR-S55).

€3,826,709 — receivable owed from SCI JEP to the estate, translated as $4,008,860.35 at the June 30 exchange rate. It was not a documented receipt at the filing date.

$10,001.52 — Schedule C proceeds from a different sale of personal property located in France on June 29, 2022, not the Avenue Foch real-estate proceeds.

The August 2019 probate petition printed $8,672,823 for the property company interest. The February 2020 Verified Inventory describes an underlying €8,672,823 estimate translated to approximately $9,626,833 and an entire SCI JEP valuation of $9,842,122. These are different filing-stage and currency representations (PAR-S30, PAR-S56).

Not every Paris escrow entry refers to the same money

The late-2019 Paris vehicle-sale escrow was reported as $133,200, equivalent in a subsequent inventory to €120,000; its early accounting calls the vehicle a '2019 Mercedes', while the later verified inventory calls it a '2018 Mercedes-Maybach'. The records disagree about the model year, and the underlying title and sales voucher have not been obtained. The proceeds held by a French notary after the June 2022 apartment sale and the tax-designated CARPA account reported in December 2023 are different records, with no documented transfers linking them. The earlier vehicle-sale provenance was recovered after the Atlas's initial open-purpose classification and is now corrected throughout the source register. What the 1953 Trust intended for Paris

The available indexed text of Epstein’s August 8, 2019 trust restatement describes his interest in the Avenue Foch units held through SCI JEP and names Karyna Shuliak as an intended recipient, subject to the broader provisions. The original DOJ page images of that provision have not been independently authenticated in this Atlas, and the text index also describes conditions governing refusal, disclaimer, sale of trust-held real property and operating expenses; those instructions are not a deed or a verified record of distribution. The later estate filing independently confirms that SCI JEP sold the residence in June 2022 and that a French notary still held the net proceeds in August, leaving the actual beneficiary of subsequent disbursements undetermined (PAR-S60; PAR-S55).

The indexed 1953 Trust is a 32-page DOJ Bates-file document, but the original DOJ file is behind an age-verification page in this research environment, so its machine-readable extracts are distinguished from an independently inspected original PDF. This comparison places the earlier 2012 trust, the August 2019 restatement, the challenged terms governing refused property, the later inheritance reporting and the Riviera's separate evidentiary limits in their correct context, while making the status of each source visible rather than smoothing competing accounts into a completed estate distribution.

Documentary chain · 2012–2022

Four trust instruments, one documented Paris sale

The Paris property appears in changing estate-planning instruments rather than a single timeless promise. A scanned January 2019 trust expressly revokes its 2018 predecessor, and its Paris property clause visibly redacts the primary intended recipient while naming Celina Dubin as contingent. An indexed February 2019 restatement appears to modify the January trust, and the indexed August 2019 1953 Trust contains later property instructions, but their relevant original page images still require independent verification. The apartment was ultimately sold in June 2022 while the estate's available accounts do not establish which person, if any, received the resulting net proceeds. Comparing instruments is essential because a clause in one cannot be treated as if it survived every later revision (PAR-S67; PAR-S68; PAR-S60; PAR-S55).

The record chain is loading.
Why the redaction and disclaimer must stay separate

The photographed January 2019 trust's original Paris paragraph conceals the primary intended recipient; a different automated extraction supplies text that is not visible in the scan, and neither source alone authorizes recovering the redacted identity. Contemporaneous February text identifies a recipient for that later instrument, although its original page image still requires inspection. A Dubin family representative's April 2020 disclaimer account concerns a different person and does not prove any refusal, claim or distribution by the intended Paris recipient named in the August trust (PAR-S67; PAR-S68; PAR-S70).

Evidence categories: signed scanned original, indexed DOJ-document text, attributed third-party statement and court-filed accounting. None alone substitutes for a French notarial proceeds ledger or final judicial distribution order.

Superior Court of the Virgin Islands, Estate of Jeffrey Epstein petition: 999 SCI JEP shares, Avenue Foch apartment unit and cellar identifiers, provisional $8,672,823 valuation
Source-origin classification: official_USVI_court_original_page1_filing_stamp_and_page2_SCI_JEP_valuation_visually_verified

Public court source lists units 47, 48, 81 on second floor, 63 and 74 on fifth floor, and cellar units 5 and 22. Value is preliminary estate figure, not final sale or appraisal. Do not associate other residents with alleged crimes. Independent fresh visual review of the court-hosted PDF page 1 shows an official Superior Court filing stamp AUG 19 2019 (4:09 PM). A later VI Government motion (PAR-S61) asserts August 15, 2019, but that statement is in a litigant's pleading and differs from the court's actual stamped petition. Page 2 separately shows 999 SCI JEP shares, numbered apartment/cellar units and preliminary $8,672,823 in US dollars. Count PAR-S02 as a reproduction of this same filing, not independent corroboration.
