Jennifer Engelsma (Texas Grumble) — TikTok — May 24, 2026
"You should panic, Troy and Anne. You're in the Epstein files, brah."
Jennifer Engelsma, operating publicly on TikTok as "Texas Grumble," names Troy Barile and Anne Cheever by name in front of her audience and tells them to panic. She claims they are in the Epstein files. This video was posted publicly on May 24, 2026 — the exact same day that agency-naming audio referencing Homeland Security, the FBI, and the Secret Service was being circulated through private channels. The public harassment campaign and the private federal-agency routing were running in parallel on the same day, not sequentially.

TikTok clip 1 — public harassment campaign
Second TikTok clip from the coordinated public campaign targeting Troy and Anne Cheever. This video was posted during the same period the Engelsma clip ran and forms part of the evidence record documenting the public-amplification lane. The significance of these TikTok clips is not each one in isolation but the pattern they represent: multiple accounts, on multiple platforms, running publicly coordinated content at the same moment that a private agency-contact lane was operating through Lisa Voldeng and Samantha Harris. The public and private channels were running in parallel, not sequentially.

TikTok clip 2 — public harassment campaign
Third TikTok clip in the public-facing evidence record. Together with clip 1 and the Engelsma video, these three clips establish the coordinated public amplification lane that was operating alongside the private Homeland Security and FBI routing during May 2026. They also document the specific individuals and accounts who participated in the public side of the campaign — evidence that the operation was not contained to private communications but was being carried out openly in front of audiences on social media.

Screen recording — April 17, 2025
Screen recording from April 17, 2025 — more than thirteen months before federal agents came to Troy’s door in May 2026. This clip is part of the early evidence record documenting activity in the survivor-space network during the period when the pressure campaign against Troy was first taking shape. Its importance is chronological: the behavior it documents was not a reaction to anything Troy did in 2026, but a pattern that was already operating well before the escalation that brought Homeland Security and the FBI to his home. Full context is available to attorneys and investigators through the contact page.

Video evidence 1
Video documentation from the evidence archive, preserved as part of the visual record supporting Troy’s account. This clip captures content from the network’s public-facing activity that is referenced in the audio recordings above. Because some of this material involves individuals who have not consented to named public disclosure, complete sourcing and chain-of-custody documentation are available to attorneys and investigators through the secure contact page rather than in this public-facing description.

Video evidence 2
Second supplementary video from the evidence archive. This clip documents a separate moment from the same pattern of coordinated public activity, preserved in its original format for evidentiary purposes. It should be reviewed alongside video evidence 1 and the Engelsma TikTok clip to understand the scope of the public-facing campaign that was running parallel to the private agency-contact lane. Full context available to qualified reviewers on request.

Video evidence 3
Third video from the evidence archive. Part of the broader visual documentation record that establishes the public-facing activity of the network during the relevant period. This clip, like the others in this section, is preserved in its original format so it can be authenticated and cross-referenced against the audio record and the screenshot documentation on the Case File page. Lisa Noelle Voldeng — Canada

Lisa Noelle Voldeng is based in Canada. These are her own voice notes. In them she tells Sherry to block Troy, calls him malevolent, mentally unstable, and a convicted felon, says she spoke to the FBI and Secret Service about him, discusses Kinnerton Street documents as Maxwell trial evidence, and references Interpol and Homeland Security. The full-length screen recordings of the source sessions are preserved separately and available to attorneys and investigators on request.

About these clips

Key moments from the spreadsheet clip map: L-03 (block Troy / malevolent / mentally unstable / convicted felon / FBI), L-06 (Samantha on Lady Victoria / Piers Morgan), L-07 (affidavit signed and sealed to New York federal court), L-08 (attorneys, testimony, “we are all onto you”), L-09 (police, Secret Service, FBI, Troy criminal / mentally insane labels). The full-length screen-recorded sessions exist but are too large for this server; contact for access.

June 21, 2026 — Session 1 (audio extracted from screen recording)

May 31, 2026 — Part II — Lady Victoria (MP3)
"Troy would never come up with that list that she claims popped up from Substack. He didn't do anything."
George directly clears Troy in his own voice, stating that the threat list Samantha attributed to Troy's Substack did not come from Troy. He also discusses Lady Victoria Hervey's role in the network and what he understood about her involvement. This is one of the single most important clips in the archive for establishing that the danger narrative built around Troy was fabricated by people who knew it was false.

The statement was not extracted or prompted. George said it in the course of a longer conversation about what he understood to have occurred.

June 1, 2026 — Manipulating Samantha / Homeland Security call from South Africa
"Yes, I called the U.S. Homeland Security. Where are you located right now? South Africa. What the fuck are you calling U.S. Homeland Security for?"
George reconstructs the conversation in which Samantha Harris told him she had called U.S. Homeland Security from South Africa about Troy. His disbelief is audible throughout. This clip establishes that the Homeland Security contact that reached Troy on May 28 was made by a private individual calling from another country — and that George understood exactly what that meant when he learned it. This is the primary corroborating evidence for the South Africa origin of the federal-danger routing.
Key moments & transcript notes
  • Key moment George: "Yes, I called the U.S. Homeland Security." Samantha confirms from South Africa. George responds: "What the fuck are you calling U.S. Homeland Security for?"
  • Context Federal phone contact reached Troy on May 28. This conversation documents the civilian who made it, from which country, and George's immediate reaction when he found out.

June 2, 2026 — Lisa called the authorities (MP3 clip)
George documents — on the same afternoon it happened — that Lisa Voldeng called authorities on him on June 2, 2026. This recording shows that the pattern of routing civilian grievances through official channels was not limited to Troy. Lisa used the same mechanism against George when he began speaking openly about what he knew. The file was named by George to describe the event the same day it occurred, which makes it self-timestamping documentation.

Molly Skye Brown — United States

Molly Skye Brown is based in the United States. She reached the same conclusions I did independently. Across two sessions she describes Lisa controlling the survivor space, Samantha acting on behalf of Maxwell's attorneys, the mental health discrediting pattern, cops being called on Sherry, and the network's use of law enforcement as a silencing tool. Both full sessions and all 14 extracted clips are included.

Session 1 — Full recording (MP3)
Complete first session with Molly Skye Brown, recorded June 2, 2026 — the same day George Tonks documented that Lisa Voldeng called authorities on him. Molly speaks from a different city and reaches the same conclusions about Lisa, Samantha, and the Maxwell-attorney connection entirely independently. This session covers Lisa's control of the survivor space, Samantha acting on behalf of Maxwell's attorneys, the mental health discrediting pattern, Lady Victoria Hervey, George's role, and the contradiction between the network's claimed advocacy and its actual behavior. The extracted clips below pull the most significant moments from this full recording.

Session 1 — 0:00:00–0:02:39 — Lisa: control, monetization, law enforcement
Molly opens by describing Lisa Voldeng as someone who controls and monetizes the survivor space and uses law enforcement contacts as a tool against people who challenge her. This is the first two and a half minutes of the session and establishes Molly's independent understanding of the network's structure before any of the Maxwell-attorney material comes up.
Key moments & transcript notes
  • Molly describes Lisa's control over the survivor space and her monetization of it
  • Molly connects Lisa's behavior to law enforcement as a silencing tool

Session 1 — 0:02:39–0:05:24 — Michael Tracey, Piers Morgan, schizophrenic claim
Molly discusses journalist Michael Tracey and Piers Morgan as figures connected to the network's media relationships. She then describes learning that Samantha Harris told her she was schizophrenic — a claim Samantha attributed to Lisa Voldeng. This is the first time the psychiatric discrediting pattern appears in Molly's session, independently of anything Troy reported.
Key moments & transcript notes
  • Michael Tracey and Piers Morgan discussed as part of the network's media connections
  • Molly describes Samantha telling her she was schizophrenic based on what Lisa told her
Request full transcript →
Session 1 — 0:05:24–0:06:37 — Sam helping Maxwell's attorneys
"I think it's even weird that Sam is helping Maxwell's attorneys."
Molly states directly that she finds it strange that Samantha Harris is helping Maxwell's attorneys. This conclusion was reached by Molly independently, from a different city, without access to the Samantha recording that Troy preserved. Two people who were not in contact arrived at the same conclusion about the same connection through different evidence paths. That is what independent corroboration looks like.
Key moments & transcript notes
  • "I think it's even weird that Sam is helping Maxwell's attorneys." — Molly's independent conclusion about the Samantha-Maxwell attorney connection

Session 1 — 0:06:37–0:08:13 — New trial and targeting claims
Molly describes the new-trial narrative circulating in the network — the claim that Maxwell deserves a new trial — and connects it to the targeting of people like Troy and herself who challenged it. She explains how the new-trial language and the danger-framing of challengers operated together as a two-part strategy.
Key moments & transcript notes
  • Molly describes the new-trial narrative and its function within the network
  • Molly connects the new-trial push to the targeting of Troy and others who contradicted it
Request full transcript →
Session 1 — 0:11:47–0:12:47 — Lisa / Interpol / Homeland Security
Molly confirms that Lisa Voldeng was connected to Interpol and Homeland Security contacts during this period. This directly corroborates George's account of the agency-routing pattern and Troy's direct experience of a Homeland Security contact on May 28. Three independent sources — Troy's experience, George's account, and Molly's independent statement — all point to the same agency-routing lane and the same origin.
Key moments & transcript notes
  • Molly confirms Lisa's connection to Interpol and Homeland Security contacts

Session 1 — 0:13:13–0:15:53 — Mental health discredit / Maxwell retaliation
Molly describes the network's pattern of applying psychiatric labels — schizophrenic, unstable, dangerous, delusional — to anyone who challenged it or stood alongside Troy. She frames this as a deliberate retaliation strategy connected to the Maxwell defense lane: if you are a credible witness or a credible journalist, the response is to make you appear mentally unfit before you can be heard. Molly experienced this pattern directed at her personally.
Key moments & transcript notes
  • Molly describes the psychiatric labeling pattern applied to challengers of the network
  • Molly connects the mental health discrediting strategy to Maxwell retaliation

Session 1 — 0:52:07–0:55:59 — Hervey / George / undercover / screenshots
Molly discusses Lady Victoria Hervey and George Tonks in the context of undercover activity and screenshots being used as evidence-collection tools within the network. She describes how screenshots were gathered, shared, and weaponized to build cases against people — the same screenshot-pipeline pattern Troy documented on this site.
Key moments & transcript notes
  • Molly discusses Lady Victoria Hervey and George in the context of undercover contact
  • Molly describes how screenshots were used as evidence-collection and weaponization tools

Session 1 — 0:58:13–1:00:32 — Active investigation / arrests / slandering
Molly describes the network's use of active-investigation and imminent-arrest language to keep people silent and compliant. She also documents the coordinated slandering campaign — the deliberate spreading of false information about Troy and others to destroy their credibility before they could be heard by the right people.
Key moments & transcript notes
  • Molly describes active-investigation and arrest language used as a silencing tool
  • Molly documents the coordinated slandering campaign against Troy and others

Session 1 — 1:18:04–1:22:29 — Anouska / Troy / advocacy contradiction
Molly discusses Anouska De Georgiou and Troy directly, and describes the contradiction between the network's claimed advocacy for survivors and its actual behavior toward Troy and Anouska. This is the advocacy-contradiction evidence — Molly showing in her own voice that the people claiming to protect survivors were simultaneously working to destroy the credibility of a Maxwell trial witness and the journalist reporting on that pressure.
Key moments & transcript notes
  • Molly discusses Anouska De Georgiou and Troy's relationship to the habeas lane
  • Molly describes the contradiction between claimed survivor advocacy and actual behavior

Session 1 — 1:25:15–1:29:24 — Virginia / suicide blame / Lady Victoria
Molly discusses Virginia Giuffre and the network's pattern of blaming victims for their own deaths and suffering. She also addresses Lady Victoria Hervey's role in this framing. This section documents the cruelty directed at actual survivors by the people who publicly claimed to speak for them.
Key moments & transcript notes
  • Molly discusses Virginia Giuffre and the suicide-blame pattern
  • Molly addresses Lady Victoria Hervey's role in the victim-blame framing

Session 2 — 0:00:00–0:03:24 — Samantha tells Molly to back off / schizophrenic claim
"Samantha told me that I'm schizophrenic, based on what Lisa Noelle Voldeng told her."
Molly states directly that Samantha Harris told her she was schizophrenic — and that the source of that claim was Lisa Noelle Voldeng. The same psychiatric label Lisa used against Troy was transmitted through Samantha to Molly. This documents the mechanism: Lisa feeds the label, Samantha delivers it, and the recipient is told they are mentally unfit. Molly is describing this in her own voice, from her own experience, completely independently of Troy's account of the same pattern being applied to him.
Key moments & transcript notes
  • Molly describes Samantha telling her to back off
  • "Samantha told me that I'm schizophrenic, based on what Lisa Noelle Voldeng told her." — the psychiatric label transmission documented in Molly's own words

Session 2 — 0:04:08–0:05:06 — Lisa / money / transparency / donations
Molly raises questions about how Lisa Voldeng managed money, handled donations, and maintained financial transparency within the survivor network. This section documents the financial-control dimension of Lisa's operation — the same network that routed agency contacts and applied psychiatric labels was also handling funds in ways that Molly found concerning.
Key moments & transcript notes
  • Molly raises questions about Lisa's handling of money and donations within the network
  • Molly describes the lack of financial transparency in Lisa's operation

Session 2 — 0:05:06–0:06:35 — Cops on Sherry / George / FBI / CIA
Molly documents that police were called on Sherry — the same pattern of routing civilian conflicts through law enforcement that was applied to Troy and, as George documented, to George himself on June 2. Molly also references FBI and CIA contacts within the network's broader law enforcement relationships. This clip shows the law-enforcement routing pattern operating across multiple targets, not just Troy.
Key moments & transcript notes
  • Molly documents that cops were called on Sherry through the same routing mechanism used against Troy
  • Molly references FBI and CIA connections within the network

Session 2 — 0:06:35–0:07:42 — Secrecy and paranoia around posting
Molly describes the atmosphere of secrecy and paranoia that the network maintained around what people posted, who they talked to, and what they shared publicly. She describes being told what she could and could not say, and the fear that posting anything would trigger a response from the network. This documents the chilling-effect dimension of the machine — not just punishment after the fact, but preemptive suppression of speech through intimidation.
Key moments & transcript notes
  • Molly describes the secrecy rules and information control within the network
  • Molly describes the paranoia around posting and the fear of triggering a network response

Lady Victoria Hervey — United Kingdom

Lady Victoria Hervey is a British socialite present in the Epstein social circle. These six clips are from longer source sessions and provide context for how this network discusses law enforcement, silence strategies, and media management.

Clip 1 — Rob / stay quiet / current narrative
Lady Victoria discusses someone named Rob and the importance of staying quiet and managing the current narrative. This clip documents the silence-and-narrative-control strategy as discussed within the network — not as an accusation from outside it, but in Lady Victoria's own voice as a participant in those conversations.

Clip 2 — FBI corrupt / Maria Farmer context
"This basically shows the corruption within the FBI. The FBI is in on it and they're corrupt, and I don't want them coming after me."
Lady Victoria states that the FBI is corrupt and that she does not want them coming after her. She says this in the context of Maria Farmer, the Epstein survivor who was among the first to report abuse to the FBI in 1996 and was ignored. Lady Victoria's fear of the FBI — stated in her own voice — is significant context for understanding why people in this network did not go to law enforcement and instead managed situations through private channels and narrative control.
Key moments & transcript notes

Clip 3 — network relationships and the survivor space
Lady Victoria discusses the relationships between key figures in the network and how the survivor space was being managed and influenced during this period. Samantha Harris — South Africa — May 31, 2026

Why This Recording May Matter Beyond Troy's Situation As of June 2026, Maxwell's prison placement, Todd Blanche's July 2025 meeting with her, BOP's explanation for her transfer, and a BOP policy change expanding Attorney General placement authority (Change Notice CN-3, May 6, 2026) are all subjects of formal congressional oversight. House Judiciary and Oversight staff visited Federal Prison Camp Bryan on June 16, 2026. Liz Oyer published an independent legal analysis on June 22, 2026 raising questions about whether Maxwell's placement is consistent with standard BOP classification rules. The Samantha Harris recording from May 31, 2026 names Maxwell's defense attorney by name and places her at the origin of civilian witness-discrediting activity during the same period as the Blanche meeting, the transfer, and the CN-3 change. This recording does not prove what BOP did or why. It is potentially relevant evidence that should be reviewed by the same attorneys and congressional staff who are evaluating the public Maxwell track through official channels. Those two tracks are separate, and both belong in front of the same qualified reviewers. Contact Troy through the secure contact page for access.

Samantha Harris made this call from South Africa on May 31, 2026. This is the most legally significant recording in the archive.

At 0:01:20 she says the information being used to attack Anouska De Georgiou's credibility came from the attorneys. At 0:18:57 she names the attorney: "Leah's not my fucking lawyer. Leah is Ghislaine Maxwell's lawyer." At 0:29:43 she confirms what Homeland Security was called to accomplish in relation to Troy: "They want him to basically fucking watch his mouth."

These are her words, on tape, placing Maxwell's own defense attorney at the origin of a coordinated civilian effort to discredit a Maxwell trial witness during the same period Maxwell's post-conviction petition was active. This recording names a federal defense attorney and sits at the center of an active legal matter. Contact Troy through the secure contact page if you are an attorney, congressional staff member, or investigative journalist seeking the full unedited file.
