Maxwell’s own defense attorney is named on tape. Congress has the evidence packet. The journalist who found the evidence against her operation is still here, waiting for an attorney or investigator to call.

Congress is already asking questions

Congress Is Already Examining Maxwell’s Prison Transfer

Congressional staff have visited Ghislaine Maxwell’s placement at Federal Prison Camp Bryan and formally questioned the Bureau of Prisons’ explanation for that transfer. Public legal analysis now places Todd Blanche, BOP policy, Maxwell’s custody status, and possible preferential treatment inside the same oversight lane that Troy has been reporting on since the spring of 2026. Troy’s evidence — original audio, metadata, and transcript-matched clips — should be understood against that public backdrop, because it may bear on Maxwell-related legal strategy, witness-discrediting activity, and the federal-danger narratives surrounding his reporting.

Someone named Ghislaine Maxwell’s own defense attorney on tape in their own voice on May 31, 2026, and that recording is on this site, placing Maxwell’s defense attorney at the origin of a civilian campaign to discredit a federal trial witness while the post-conviction petition was active and while I was reporting on that witness directly.

Congress visited Maxwell’s prison camp on June 16, 2026. Eight days earlier, House members had formally questioned a BOP policy change that gave the Attorney General new authority over prisoner placement. A legal analyst published an independent review on June 22 showing Maxwell’s camp placement conflicts with standard federal classification rules. I transmitted the full evidence archive to Congress on June 24, 2026.

I am Troy Raymond Barile, an investigative journalist based in Las Vegas, married to my husband Shawn. I spent a year mapping the network that protected powerful people in the Epstein and Maxwell ecosystem, and when the machine noticed me, federal agents came to my door, my Substack was suspended on the exact same day Maxwell’s legal deadline closed, and someone forged my husband’s name on a threatening email to my editors while his mother was sick with cancer.

I never stopped working, I solved every piece of it, and I am still standing here with my name on all of it and the evidence ready for review.

Congress has the packet as of June 24 and the recordings are on this site. The journalist who found the evidence against her operation is still here and still waiting for an investigator to call.

George Tonks — May 31, 2026 — Exoneration

“Troy would never come up with that list that she claims popped up from Substack. He didn’t do anything.”

George Tonks — June 1, 2026 — Homeland Security purpose

“Homeland Security. FBI. Did you call Homeland Security on him? They want him to basically fucking watch his mouth.”

Molly Skye Brown — June 2, 2026 — Independent corroboration

“I think it’s even weird that Sam is helping Maxwell’s attorneys.”

Why this changes everything

Ghislaine Maxwell was convicted of sex trafficking children, she is in federal prison right now, and she is actively fighting to get out.

Her legal team filed a petition to overturn the conviction, and it was running all through the spring of 2026. For that petition to have any chance of working, the witnesses who testified against her need to be weakened or discredited. Anouska De Georgiou is one of those witnesses — she testified at Maxwell's trial, and I had direct reporting contact with her during the same period.

I have audio of people actively working to destroy Anouska's credibility, and the language on those recordings traces back to Maxwell's own attorney. This was happening while the petition was live and while I was reporting and publishing about it.

Then they turned the same operation on me. My name got routed into federal danger systems through civilian channels I knew nothing about, agents showed up at my door, my platform went down, my income stopped, and Shawn's name was forged on a threatening email to my editors.

My Substack went dark on the exact same day Maxwell's legal deadline closed, and that is not something that can be explained away as coincidence.

That combination needs to be investigated by people with subpoena power, and I have done everything in my power to get it there — the recordings, the transcripts, the timeline, and the full archive are documented and ready for review.

Congress has the packet as of June 24, 2026, the recordings are on this site, and a convicted child sex trafficker is trying to walk free while the journalist who found the evidence against her operation is still standing here with his name on all of it.

Maxwell §2255 and Anouska

Public court sources show the Maxwell post-conviction issue was active in 2026. The evidence file places Anouska, a Maxwell trial witness, near Samantha Harris, Leah/Saffian references, habeas or retrial language, and public witness-credibility pressure.

How Troy became the target

Troy reports that his name entered danger narratives involving lists, protected-person language, agency references, platform reports, employer contact, and collateral pressure. The public page separates confirmed agency contact from transcript claims requiring review.

What the hostile story omits

The packet adds direct-source context involving Anouska, Maria Farmer, Colette, Molly, and others. The issue is not personality conflict. It is whether source relationships that contradicted the hostile lane were reframed as danger behavior.

Before March 2026

THE MACHINE Already Existed

The first ten parts were written and published before the later audio crisis. Part I through Part X mapped the system before anyone used the word "habeas" in my presence.

The Origin

Lisa and George Were the Beginning

Lisa Noelle Voldeng as the intake-and-control node. George Tonks as the contamination relay. The survivor-space pattern that made the later escalation predictable to anyone watching it.

The Habeas Lane

Anouska Changed the Scale

Anouska De Georgiou testified in Maxwell's trial. Attacks on her credibility are not only reputational. They can become useful to people trying to weaken public trust in a trial that already concluded. My reporting and direct contact with her made me part of the surrounding pressure field.

The Attachment

Why I Am Part of This

I did not file Maxwell's habeas petition. I am attached to the situation because my reporting touched the credibility lane around a Maxwell trial witness during a live post-conviction pressure period. The transcript evidence connects those dots in audio.

The Escalation

My Name Entered the Danger Frame

Lists. Agency language. Public-safety framing. Homeland Security called from South Africa. Secret Service came to my door. My Substack was suspended on the same day the Maxwell reply deadline closed. The escalation did not begin with me. It reached me.

Where to start

If you arrived here from a social media link and are reading on your phone: start with Start Here. It explains the full context without assuming you know any of the names.

If you are a journalist, attorney, or congressional contact: go directly to the Habeas page and then to Press and Counsel.

If you want the complete chronological record: The Timeline has every documented date from before March 2026 through June 23.

If you want to see early reporting claims confirmed side by side with transcript evidence: I Was Right.

To hear key clips and see source audio/video: Audio and Video.

If this landed for you, send it to one person who can act on it.

Send it to one journalist, one attorney, one congressional staffer, or one person with a platform who covers this beat. Troy has done everything a person without institutional power can do to get this evidence in front of the right people. Getting it into the right hands is the one step that is still missing.
