This page identifies roles in the evidence record. It does not claim every person had the same intent or performed the same act. When the evidence is transcript-proven, screenshot-proven, public-source, or Troy-reported, the role should be read through that proof status.
Troy Barile
Investigative systems journalist, source holder, direct contact of Anouska and Maria, target of federal-danger frame, Substack removal, employer interference, and collateral pressure.
Anouska De Georgiou
Maxwell trial witness and direct-source contradiction to Samantha's claimed personal-history foundation. Troy reports extensive ongoing phone and message contact with her.
Samantha Harris
Central Anouska/Maxwell-counsel/habeas/retrial actor and authority-contact actor. Tied in the evidence file to a claimed February email, Leah/Saffian audio, sealed habeas/retrial language, and police/security authority admission.
Lisa Noelle Voldeng
Authority-contact, screenshot-folder, case-file, malicious-actor, psychiatric-danger, and wellness-check pattern actor according to transcript and screenshot lanes.
Lady Victoria Hervey
2023 Lady Victoria-Molly narrative-reservoir speaker and public Maxwell/Andrew media node. Also part of Samantha's later public Piers origin story. The older audio must not be collapsed into Samantha's 2026 chain.
Molly Skye Brown
Cross-period witness/participant appearing in the 2023 Lady Victoria audio, the 2026 Molly/Sherry audio, and Jennifer proof-awareness messages. The packet treats her as a continuity witness, not a side character.
George Tonks
Transmitter/pressure node and Maxwell-aligned environment participant. He forwarded May 24 agency/step-back material to Troy. Do not label him as author of the 2023 Lady Victoria-Molly audio without metadata proving that.
Ellie Leonard
Platform-removal actor, Reading Room contact actor, and public danger-frame amplifier. She reported Troy to Substack. She also contacted people at the Maxwell SDNY Reading Room and raised a security concern — not because Troy threatened anyone, but because he was excited that Maria Farmer's Courtney piece was going up and told her so. She took that excitement and turned it into a call for extra security at the Reading Room, framing ordinary source enthusiasm as a potential threat. That is the same pattern the others used: take a normal journalist behavior, strip the context, and route it to an authority. She published a public article on June 22 that treated the danger frame as established fact without addressing the evidence problems underneath it. She has had a documented relationship with Lisa Noelle Voldeng for over a year, despite publicly claiming that relationship no longer exists. Her involvement should be read alongside the Lisa pattern, the Samantha authority contacts, and the Substack suspension timing, not as a separate or independent actor.
Comment exchange cross-reference
A June 9–10, 2026 screenshot shows an account appearing as ellieleonard02 commenting “Thank you” under the May 27 Texas Grumble video. Jennifer / Texas Grumble replies: “Thank you, my friend. Thank you for fiercely defending truth.” This is public-comment evidence of alignment with that post. It is not presented as proof that Leonard created the video or made any agency report. Jennifer Engelsma / Texas Grumble
Public TikTok creator whose May 2026 videos named Troy Barile and Ann Cheever, accused them of crimes, framed Troy as connected to the Epstein files, and publicly described Troy as dangerous. The May 27, 2026 video is preserved on this site because it shows the federal-danger frame being amplified in public — three days before federal agents came to Troy’s residence and thirteen days before his Substack was suspended. The transcript packet is preserved as a source document and should be read as the speaker’s claims, not as verified findings. Engelsma also appears in the Jennifer/Molly proof-awareness lane, where private messages reportedly show uncertainty about the origin of the names-on-bullets claim while public amplification proceeded.
Maria Farmer and Colette
Survivor-source support and bridge lane. The packet says Maria-side support and Colette's context undercut attempts to frame Troy's Reading Room and source relationships as danger behavior.

Professional recipients of smear contact. Their response reportedly undercuts the employer-interference claim.
Shawn and collateral contacts
Collateral pressure points dragged into the narrative through mockery, identity/email issues, and home-life harm. Private family medical details and identifiers should remain protected.
