Claim vs. Confirmation

I Was Right

≈8 min read

THE MACHINE Parts I through III-C were published before March 2026. Before the audio. Before the agency contact. Before Anouska. What I wrote then is confirmed in the transcripts now. This page puts the claim next to the confirmation and does not ask you to take my word for either side.

How to read this page

Left column: what Troy wrote in THE MACHINE, published on Substack, before the late-May escalation. Right column: specific transcript language, recorded audio, or documented events that confirm the claim. Status badge shows the evidence basis. All transcript quotes are from confirmed archived transcripts. Paraphrases of Troy's articles reflect the published series - the full article text is in the PDF archive.

Part I - The Woman in the Middle Lisa Voldeng is the intake-and-control node
Troy wrote - before March 2026
Lisa Noelle Voldeng functions as the central routing point for survivor narratives inside the Maxwell-adjacent advocacy space. She collects stories, manages relationships, and routes information in ways that protect the system's interests rather than the survivors inside it. She is the intake node: new people coming into the space pass through her or through people directly connected to her.
THE MACHINE Part I, "The Woman in the Middle" - The Fallout with TBS, Substack, 2026
The transcript confirms - May 31, 2026
"You told me that's for Lisa. Lisa is behind this."
George Tonks, George Tonks recording, 0:07:41 - George speaking about who is driving the agency-escalation events
Transcript confirmed

"Lisa" - 53 occurrences in the Samantha Harris transcript alone.
Samantha Harris recording - term density analysis, Master Evidence Report, June 22, 2026
Part I - The Woman in the Middle The system routes threats through civilian channels, not formal legal ones
Troy wrote - before March 2026
When the system needs to suppress someone, it does not use formal channels first. It routes pressure through the network of people it manages: other survivors, amplifiers, informal contacts. The formal channels follow after the civilian pressure has already established the narrative. By the time official systems receive the claim, it already looks like a pattern rather than a single complaint.
THE MACHINE Part I - The Fallout with TBS, Substack, 2026
The sequence confirms - May 24 through May 30, 2026
May 24: Texas Grumble TikTok posts public video naming Troy and Anne. May 24: Agency-naming audio forwarded by George ("Homeland Security is now involved..."). May 28: Federal phone contact. May 29: Agents at Troy's door. May 30: In-person meeting. Troy was told the claims were not credible.
Timeline confirmed across four Court Window PDFs and Texas Grumble transcript, May 24–30, 2026
Public timeline - confirmed in documents
Part II / Part VII - The Amplifier Claims move from private channels to mass audiences through Maxwell-adjacent public figures
Troy wrote - before March 2026
The amplification mechanism is not spontaneous. Claims do not go viral because they are true. They travel because someone with a large audience and Maxwell-adjacent positioning is given them in a form ready for transmission. The amplifier does not need to originate the claim. They only need to receive it and repeat it to a larger audience than the origin network can reach directly.
THE MACHINE Part II, "The Amplifier" / Part VII-A, "Exposing Jessica Reed Kraus" - The Fallout with TBS, Substack, 2026
The transcript confirms - May 31, 2026
"Leah's not my fucking lawyer. Leah is Ghislaine Maxwell's lawyer." Samantha then handles what can and cannot be posted "because of legal reasons."
Samantha Harris recording, 0:18:57 - naming Maxwell's attorney as the source and controlling what reaches the public
Authenticated recording

Texas Grumble TikTok (Jennifer Engelsma), May 24: "You should panic, Troy and Anne." "You're in the Epstein files, brah."
Jennifer Engelsma TikTok - public video, confirmed
Part III-A - The Network The network has connections to formal legal channels that it does not disclose publicly
Troy wrote - before March 2026
The system is not operating in isolation from the formal legal world. It has connections to attorneys, court proceedings, and legal strategy that it does not disclose when routing claims through survivor and advocacy channels. The authoritative sourcing that gives private claims their weight comes from somewhere - and that somewhere is not always who the public is told it is.
THE MACHINE Part III-A, "The Network" - The Fallout with TBS, Substack, 2026
The transcript confirms - May 31, 2026
"Just face it, we got this from the attorneys." And the attorney is named: "Leah is Ghislaine Maxwell's lawyer."
Samantha Harris recording, 0:01:20 and 0:18:57 - Maxwell's own attorney as the source of the campaign against a trial witness
Authenticated recording

"I think it's even weird that Sam is helping Maxwell's attorneys."
Molly Skye Brown recording - Molly's characterization of Samantha's role, independent recording from June 2
Part III-B - The Evidence The system leaves an audit trail in specific language, specific names, specific routing
Troy wrote - before March 2026
Systems that operate this way do not leave clean records, but they do leave trails. The trail is in the specific names that cluster together across conversations. It is in the specific language that appears across different people who should not be using the same phrases. It is in the routing patterns: who talks to whom, who receives what, who can and cannot be named as a source.
THE MACHINE Part III-B, "The Evidence" - The Fallout with TBS, Substack, 2026
The archive confirms - May–June 2026
Hours of recorded conversation across all of them. Homeland Security appears 10 times in George transcript, 12 times in Samantha. "Lisa" appears 53 times in Samantha. Three independent speakers across three separate recordings each reference Samantha and agency contact. The cluster is the evidence.
Term density analysis, Master Evidence Report, June 22, 2026 - across the George, Samantha, and Molly recordings
Term counts confirmed - Master Evidence Report
Part III-C - The Reckoning People inside the system would eventually distinguish themselves from it - and some would talk
Troy wrote - before March 2026
The reckoning for systems like this is not usually a single event. It is a series of people peeling away from the center as the costs of staying attached become clearer than the costs of separation. Not everyone inside the system is the system. Some people are in it because they were placed there, or because the alternative was isolation. Those people eventually talk.
THE MACHINE Part III-C, "The Reckoning" - The Fallout with TBS, Substack, 2026
The transcripts confirm - May 31 through June 2, 2026
George Tonks, inside the relay network, on May 31: "Lisa is behind this." He names the person he believes drove the agency escalation. Molly Skye Brown, independent, on June 2: "I think it's even weird that Sam is helping Maxwell's attorneys." Both are recorded accounts from people who had been inside the adjacent network separating themselves from it on the record.
George Tonks recording (May 31, 0:07:41) and Molly Skye Brown recording - two independent recordings, two separate speakers
Transcript excerpts confirmed
THE MACHINE - Special Edition Sascha Riley is a survivor, not the source of the problem
Troy wrote - before March 2026
Sascha Riley Barros is a person who went through the system, not a person who ran it. They were subject to the same intake-and-management pattern that the series documents. They are a survivor. Their positioning in the network was shaped by the system, not chosen freely. The narrative that frames them as an antagonist in this story is the same machinery the series is documenting. (Sascha uses they/them.)
THE MACHINE, "The Machine Around Sascha Riley" and "Sasha Riley Barros Live for the First Time" - The Fallout with TBS, Substack, 2026
The evidence holds - April through June 2026
Nothing in the transcript archive places Sascha Riley as a person who routed agency contacts, coordinated with Maxwell attorneys, or constructed the danger frame around Troy. The evidence archive does not support framing them as an antagonist. They do not appear in the habeas-adjacent transcript cluster.
Review of all seven transcripts - Sascha does not appear in the agency-routing or attorney-sourcing context
Evidence holds - no contrary transcript evidence
Pattern - The Fallout with TBS The system will try to remove the reporting before the evidence becomes visible
Troy wrote - throughout the series
The reporting is the threat. Not because it is inaccurate. Because accurate reporting about a functioning system of this kind creates a specific problem: it names things that the system needs unnamed, and it does so in a form that can be cited, searched, and returned to. The system's natural response is to remove the reporting rather than to answer it.
THE MACHINE - multiple parts, The Fallout with TBS, Substack, February–June 2026
June 9, 2026 - confirmed
The Fallout with TBS was suspended by Substack on June 9, 2026. Same calendar date: the final reply deadline in Maxwell's §2255 post-conviction petition. Appeal filed and denied. 71 parts of THE MACHINE, 80+ articles, Living Library, special editions - all became inaccessible. Troy's income from the platform stopped. The reporting was removed.
Court Window PDFs (date confirmed), Substack suspension notice (pending upload), public court docket (Maxwell §2255 reply deadline June 9)
Suspension notice pending upload - date confirmed in documents

These comparisons are drawn from the published article archive (80+ PDFs, preserved June 9, 2026), the transcript record (seven confirmed DOCX files), and the Court Window PDFs transmitted June 22 to 23. The full archive is available to journalists, attorneys, and congressional contacts through the secure contact channel.

Troy did not write any of the transcript comparisons after the fact. He wrote the claims in the left column before he had the transcripts. The transcripts arrived in May and June. The comparison is chronological, not constructed.

Support this work

The reporting continues. So do the costs.

Troy lost his primary income when Substack suspended The Fallout with TBS on June 9, 2026. The evidence archive is preserved. The work is ongoing.
