The Evidence Archive

I have every document I claim to have

≈4 min read

This page explains what is in the archive, why some of it is being held back from public release, and how qualified reviewers can access the full record. I am not withholding evidence. I am managing it so that the right people see it in the right context, rather than handing everything at once to people who would use uncontrolled release against me.

Let me be direct about what exists

There has been a narrative circulating that I am making claims without documentation to back them up. That narrative is false. The archive exists in full. The recordings are real and many of them are already on this site. The transcripts are real. The screenshots are real. The email headers are real. The court docket records are real. The federal contact timeline is real. The Substack suspension notice is real. The WhoWhatWhy editor's response to the forged email is real. Everything I have claimed on this site is documented, and all of it is either already public here or is in the private packet that was transmitted to Congress on June 24, 2026.

I built this archive in three months while federal agents were at my door, while my income was cut off, while my husband was holding our life together through his mother's cancer diagnosis, and while a coordinated network of people across five countries was doing everything they could to make me stop. I did not stop. The archive is intact and it is waiting for the people with the authority to act on it.

What is public on this site

George Tonks recordings
Open to the public
Six recordings from May 20 through June 2, 2026. Includes his four-hour session, his direct statement that Lisa is behind what was done to Troy, his account of Samantha calling U.S. Homeland Security from South Africa, and his descriptions of the agency contacts in their chronological sequence. All open on the audio page.
Lisa Noelle Voldeng recordings
Open to the public
Six full-session audio recordings extracted from screen recordings plus four voice note clips. In them Lisa calls Troy malevolent, mentally unstable, and a convicted felon, says she spoke to the FBI and Secret Service about him, discusses Kinnerton Street documents as Maxwell trial evidence, and references Interpol and Homeland Security. All open on the audio page.
Molly Skye Brown recordings
Open to the public
Two full sessions and fourteen extracted clips. Molly reached the same conclusions Troy did independently from a different city. She documents the mental-health discrediting pattern, the Lisa-to-Samantha transmission of false claims, and the use of law enforcement as a silencing tool. Including her direct statement: "Samantha told me that I'm schizophrenic, based on what Lisa Noelle Voldeng told her." All open on the audio page.
Lady Victoria Hervey recording
Open to the public
2023 recording documenting the narrative reservoir that preceded the 2026 escalation. Part of the historical lane that shows the machine was operating long before it came for Troy directly.
Samantha Harris recording — May 31, 2026
Password-protected — active legal lane
The most legally significant recording in the archive. Names Maxwell's defense attorney, documents the attorney-source origin of the Anouska credibility attack, and captures the explicit statement about what Homeland Security was called to accomplish. Available to attorneys, congressional staff, investigative journalists, and investigators through the contact page.
February 2026 email to Maxwell's defense firm
Private packet — transmitted to Congress
The preserved screenshot showing a February 6, 2026 email from Samantha Harris to David Oscar Markus at Markus Law, with the subject line "Anouska De Georgiou." This email predates Samantha's public statements about Anouska by three months. Available to qualified legal reviewers on request.
Federal contact timeline — May 28 through 30, 2026
Awaiting written agency clarification
Documentation of the Homeland Security phone contact on May 28, the Secret Service residence visit on May 29, and the in-person meeting with agents on May 30. Troy cooperated fully and was told the allegations were not credible. He has not received a written determination of his status from any agency and is still pursuing that documentation.
Substack suspension notice and appeal denial
Public record
The publication was suspended on June 9, 2026, the same day as the Maxwell habeas reply deadline. The appeal was filed and denied. The platform and all 71 parts of THE MACHINE became inaccessible overnight.
WhoWhatWhy editor response to forged email
Private packet
The editor's response to the email that appeared to come from Troy's husband Shawn and alleged threats against journalists and political figures. The editor identified it as not credible. This response is preserved and is part of the employer-interference documentation in the private archive.
