Why Lisa is the origin node
I had been reporting on Lisa Noelle Voldeng since before anyone was paying attention to what I was doing. Part V of THE MACHINE covered her in detail before any of the federal contact happened. I documented how she functioned inside the survivor space: collecting stories, managing relationships, and routing information in ways that served the system rather than the people the system claimed to help.
By the time the agency contacts came in May 2026, Lisa had already been a subject of my reporting for months. She knew I had her on record. She knew what I was building. George says directly in his own recordings that he believes she was the one who set the escalation in motion, and his reasoning is laid out in his own words across the recordings available on the audio page.
Authority contact
The recordings document Lisa contacting or directing others to contact police, the Secret Service, the FBI, Canadian constables, and other official bodies about Troy and about people connected to his reporting. This was not a one-time action taken in response to a specific incident. It was a repeated method applied across multiple people over an extended period, and it is documented across multiple recordings on this site.
Case file and screenshot construction
Lisa built folders. She organized screenshots, collected fragments of conversations, and constructed what she presented as evidence of danger behavior by the people she was targeting. George describes these case files in his own recordings. The folders were then used as the source material for the official contact pattern, which is how a private citizen ends up with federal agents at their door before any agency has reviewed the full context behind the screenshots being submitted.
Psychiatric and danger framing
Anyone who questioned Lisa's claims, left her orbit, or aligned with what I was reporting was labeled as unstable, mentally ill, dangerous, or in need of intervention. This label then traveled with the case files into the official contact lane. Molly Skye Brown describes this directly in her own recordings: "Samantha told me that I'm schizophrenic, based on what Lisa Noelle Voldeng told her." That is the pattern running against a second person from a second city, which shows this was not a response to specific behavior but a standard method applied to anyone who became a problem.
How these three patterns worked together
The authority contact pattern, the case file construction pattern, and the psychiatric framing pattern were not separate operations. They worked together to create a situation where the target was already characterized as dangerous and mentally compromised before any official body had independently reviewed the underlying claims.
By the time federal agents came to my door on May 29, 2026, the case files had already been built, the labels had already been applied, and the danger frame had already been routed into official systems. I spent the next several days cooperating fully with every agent who spoke to me, explaining my reporting, and providing context for the claims that had been made about me. The agents told me the allegations were not credible. That determination should have come with a written record and it did not, and I am still pursuing that documentation.
This same three-part method was used against Sherry, against Molly, and against Elle. The consistency of the pattern across multiple targets in multiple countries is part of why this situation fits the RICO framework and why the full archive has been transmitted to Congress and to legal reviewers.
What is in the recordings
Lisa's voice notes are on the audio page and are open to the public. In them she calls Troy malevolent, mentally unstable, and a convicted felon. She says she has spoken to the FBI and Secret Service about him. She discusses Kinnerton Street documents as Maxwell trial evidence. She references Interpol and Homeland Security. These are her own words, recorded in her own voice, and they are available to anyone who visits the audio page on this site.
George's recordings, also on the audio page and open to the public, include his direct statements about Lisa's role and his account of how the agency contacts were set in motion. His four-hour session covers the full timeline in detail.
