Screenshot Pipeline

How screenshots became case files, agency reports, and platform removal requests

≈4 min read

The machine did not circulate rumors. It built documentation. It captured fragments out of context, labeled them, organized them into folders, and routed them to federal agencies, platform trust teams, and employers before anyone with authority could review the full context behind what those screenshots actually showed.

Why this method worked

The screenshot pipeline works because it gets to the target before the target can respond, and it builds an official record that is very hard to undo even after the full context is reviewed. A screenshot of a message, stripped of the conversation around it, labeled as evidence of threatening or dangerous behavior, and submitted to the FBI or a platform trust and safety team, creates a file that the target now has to explain their way out of. By the time I was sitting down with federal agents on May 30, 2026, my name had already been in official systems for days through this exact process.

Getting out of those systems is not straightforward. It requires documentation, it requires clarity on what was claimed and by whom, and it requires the agencies involved to update their records. I am still working on getting a written clarification of my status from the agencies that were contacted. That paperwork should not be this difficult to obtain when the agents who spoke to me told me directly that the allegations were not credible.

What the recordings document about this method

George Tonks describes the case files and folders in his own recordings. He describes who was building them and what was being collected. He describes the way material about Troy was being organized and routed before the agency contacts happened. Those recordings are on the audio page and are open to the public.

Lisa Noelle Voldeng's voice notes document the same method applied to others in the survivor space. Anyone who questioned her claims, moved toward Troy, or tried to support what he was reporting was subjected to the same pipeline: their statements and behavior got captured, recontextualized as danger signals, and routed upward to platforms and authorities. Molly Skye Brown describes her experience of being on the receiving end of this in the recordings on the audio page.

George explicitly confirmed the sequence in his own words after the fact. His recording from after the agency visits includes his statement that the Homeland Security and FBI contacts came before anyone had independently reviewed what Troy was actually reporting. His disbelief about Samantha calling U.S. Homeland Security from South Africa is audible: "What the fuck are you calling U.S. Homeland Security for?" That question is now part of the congressional record.

How this method was used across multiple people

The same pipeline that was used on me was used on Sherry, on Molly, and on Elle. They all experienced versions of the same process: something they said or did got captured, stripped of context, labeled as dangerous or unstable behavior, and routed toward an authority or a platform. Molly had agents knock on her door twice. Elle had Interpol and the Secret Service aimed at her from across the Atlantic. George describes Lisa pushing other people to file reports against Elle even though Elle was based in Italy and had done nothing except believe what I was reporting and help carry it further.

This is not a pattern that emerges accidentally from independent individuals making independent decisions. It is a coordinated method that operated across multiple countries, with multiple targets, over an extended period. That is one of the reasons it fits the RICO framework. The pattern is consistent, it is documented in the recordings, and it was aimed at everyone who stood near the truth I was reporting.

What is still being pursued

I have asked the relevant federal agencies for written documentation of what was claimed about me, who submitted the claims, and what determination was made after the May 28 through May 30 contact. I cooperated fully with every agent I spoke to. I was told the allegations were not credible. I have not received a written record of that determination, and I am not going to stop asking for one.

The full documentation of the screenshot pipeline, including specific exhibit records showing which screenshots were used, how they were labeled, and where they were routed, is part of the private archive and has been transmitted to Congress as part of the June 24 packet.
